Creation philosophy:

The Arya Avalokiteshvara is the Nirmanakaya of wisdom and mercy which pervades throughout the universe in the hope of protecting all living creatures. This work jumps out from the stereotype of previous creation, but accrues new mentality and elements of the new era to take on the religious ambience, which is different from the traditional Buddha statue using concise and powerful sculpturing technique. The simple lines spotlight modernity, which bring the work closer to peoples’ heart and tend to better express humanistic aesthetic appreciation.

Posture: the Arya Avalokiteshvara, sitting under the halo of mercy and love, greets people in a reverend air with a natural tranquility, elegance and leisure posture. If leaving behind the hustle and bustle and appreciating the statue, we will naturally get comfort from the merciful and composed smile and open our heart to share the joy, the gratitude and the enlightenment.
